Terms and Conditions

By making a booking with us and making a payment, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions listed below.

Individual bookings (for bookings of one - five rooms)

On receipt of your booking enquiry by email / phone we will send you an email confirmation with payment details. We can hold rooms for 7 days following a booking enquiry. Once payment is made by bank transfer or debit / credit card for the booking your room(s) will be secured.

Individual booking Cancellation Policy (when booking one - five rooms)

Our cancellation policy is 21 days prior to your arrival date. If you cancel your booking before the 21 day cancellation period we will be able to refund you, minus a £10 administration fee or move your booking on to a future date.

If you cancel within the 21 day cancellation period, and we manage to re-let your room(s), we will be able to refund you minus a £10 administration fee or move your booking on to a future date.

If however we do not manage to re-let your rooms then we will be unable to refund your payments.

Group bookings (for bookings of more than five rooms / sole occupancy)

For group bookings, the organiser of the group will be responsible for the payment due and any cancellation costs incurred.

On receipt of your booking enquiry by email / phone we will send you an email confirmation with payment details. We can hold rooms for 7 days following a booking enquiry. Within those 7 days we require either full payment (if booked less than 12 weeks before stay) or 10% deposit/£100 (whichever is greater). Once payment is made by bank transfer or debit / credit card for the booking, your room(s) will be secured.

Group booking Cancellation Policy (for bookings of more than five rooms / Sole occupancy)

Our cancellation policy for group bookings is 12 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you cancel your booking before the 12 week cancellation period you will not be required to pay the remaining balance, but you will lose your 10% deposit/£100. Alternatively, we can move your booking on to a future date (no more than 1 year in advance) at no extra charge.

If you cancel within the 12 week period, and we manage to re-let your rooms, we will be able to refund you, minus the 10% deposit/£100 or move your booking on to a future date.

If however we do not manage to re-let your rooms then we will be unable to refund your payments.

We recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover any cancellation costs

Lost rooms keys 

There will be a £15.00 charge for any lost room keys.

Smoking policy

Dol Peris Guest House has a strict non-smoking policy (including E-cigarettes).

You are welcome to smoke in the back garden (there is a cigarette butt bin on the side of the drying room shed).

If any guests are found to be smoking within the building they will be asked to vacate the premises and their booking will be cancelled without refund.

Fire safety

For the safety of everyone, we ask that guests do not use candles, nightlights or incense sticks within the building at any time. Thank you.

Wood burning stove

Children must be accompanied by a Parent / Guardian when using the seating area in the lounge if the wood burning stove is lit. Thank you.
