Terms
Please read carefully as these terms and conditions apply when you make a booking with us by any method.
Reservations
To book a room we will need your credit card details. This shall include card number, expiry date, issue number and security number. We will also require your telephone number and full address. This secures the booking.
We do not charge the card in advance unless there is a breach of cancellation policy, which is detailed below.
Liability
You shall be liable for any damage caused to any part of the guest house and grounds or equipment by yourself or any person invited by you or on your behalf. The guest house shall not accept liability in respect of any loss or damage to articles brought into the guest house or to vehicles left in the car park. Any damage to beds, such as soiling will be charged a minimum of £75.00.
Cancellation & Curtailment
All bookings (except special offers, which have their own cancellation polices) are governed by the main hotel cancellation policy as detailed below.
Cancellation policy
Credit Card Secured Bookings
In the event of a cancellation, at least 72 hours notice in advance of the scheduled arrival date is required.
For reservations made within 72 hours cancellation may be made up to 1800 hours on the night before arrival day.You will be charged one night's stay in the event of a 'no-show' or late cancellation.
Bank holidays and weekends require a minimum stay of two nights. If you cancel at short noice as specified above or cut your break short during one of these periods, you shall still be charged for the full period.
We strongly advise taking out adequate travel insurance to cover you in the event that you have to cancel or cut your stay short due to an emergency.
Check In & check out times
Your room will be ready for you to check in by 4.30 pm. If you arrive earlier than this, we will try and do our best to accommodate you but this is not guaranteed.
Check out time is 10.00 am on the day of departure. If you check out later than this we reserve the right to charge the equivalent to half a day's charge or full day charge if after 12 noon.
Alcohol
Any form of intoxicating liquor must not be brought on to the premises with out prior consent from the management.
Food
We do not permit food to be consumed in the bedrooms or residents lounge. you are welcome to use the outside area by prior arrangement.
damage to furniture or furnishings from food or drink stains etc. will be charged.
Smoking
The Dol Peris is strictly a no smoking hotel. All bedrooms are fitted with highly sensitive smoke detectors.
If you smoke in the rooms you shall be charged £75.00 for a deep clean.
Keys
Please ensure you look after your room key. If you lose the key, we will have to change the locks and you will be charged £50.00 towards the cost.
